Who We Are
SAMIDHA is built specifically for seva sansthas, charitable trusts, professional associations, and civil society organisations that have spent decades serving their communities with integrity — but have had to do so with tools that were never designed for them. This platform was conceived not as a transaction tool, but as an act of seva to those organisations.
SAMIDHA is developed and operated by Samidha FinTech Private Limited, incorporated in Maharashtra, India (CIN: U62010MR2026PTC474997), and is built in full compliance with the Income Tax Act 1961, the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act 2010, and all applicable RBI payment ecosystem guidelines.
